I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. My wife and I booked last minute, but upon arrival, the reception seemed disorganized and accused my wife of trying to get a free stay. It was upsetting to show the confirmation screenshot and still be doubted. The staff attitude left much to be desired. On the plus side, the location is decent, but honestly, that can't make up for the poor service we received.
